Lead Pastor Position

Aylmer EMMC is prayerfully seeking a full-time Lead Pastor who is sound in Theology, passionate in Preaching, gifted in Leadership, and is Relational with multi-generations. AEMMC is located just east of Aylmer, a small town in southern Ontario. We have both a Low German and an English service, so being bilingual would be beneficial, though not necessary. Our average church attendance is 250-300. The Lead Pastor would be working with a team of Elders in providing care and oversight to the associate pastor, youth pastor, office staff, lay pastors, and other church leaders.
